The Yards Marina is located on the Anacostia River, right next to the Yards Park. From Green 1 & Red 2 at the southern tip of DC, bear to the northeast. Travel approximately one nautical mile and pass under the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge. The marina is located on the northern shoreline, directly ahead of your vessel as you pass through the center span.

The Yards Marina in Washington, DC is the only marina with direct access to the heart of downtown DC. The marina has 120ft of alongside dockage available, making it an ideal stop for super yachts planning a visit to the Capitol. From activities, to provisioning, the Yards has everything a captain needs!
Captains and boat owners will love being able to dock with ease, while they stay and play in DC's hottest new neighborhood, just minutes away from Downtown DC.The staff at the Yards will be on-site to help as needed, and provide guests with anything they may need while in town.

Mon - Sun: $30 per day
*Vessels with 50'+ LOA will receive a $10 additional fee.*

Hourly Docking Rules
Docking is prohibited without permission from marina staff. Dock at your own risk. Yards Marina is not responsible for any damage or theft of property from your vessel. Dockage is given on a first-come, first-served basis. No overnight docking. No reservations are accepted for hourly dockage. No charters. Marina staff reserves the right to refuse dockage to anyone.

Friday - Sunday:
10am - 9pm
Nationals games starting after 6pm:
10am - 9pm
All other times, by appointment only.

Standard Cancellation Policy
We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 window, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.
Special Event and Holiday Cancellation Policy
We have a 7 day cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7 day window, we will issue you a credit for a future stay.
